We are a small business specialising in rolling stock related training. Paul has nearly 40 years experience at all levels of locomotive and rolling stock maintenance. Completing engineering after his Fitting and Machining apprenticeship in the NSW railway, he has worked as a depot manager, operations trouble officer, project engineer and reliability engineer involved in the first ECP trains and AC locomotive in Australia. With post graduate qualifications in OHS, management and reversibility as well as a diploma of training design and development, Paul well placed to develop and present the courses and services offered.

Having long recognised the need for training the next generation of rollingstock maintainers in practical maintenance skills as well as fault finding and diagnostic processes, our mission is to provide the training and skills for a well rounded and effective maintainer.
